YogaAdi offers ashtanga vinyasa YTT, ayurveda YTT, hatha YTT, and advanced YTT. we have a duration of 2 weeks and upon completion of the course, you will be provided certification from yoga alliance India, yoga alliance international. Alliance with yoga alliance certification of 200 Hrs YTT with a duration of 24 days i.e. 4 weeks, which you can do in two phases 100 hrs + 100 hrs courses, and then you will be eligible to train anywhere in the world. You will learn deeply about yoga, books, a manual will be provided, 3 times of meals, and classes that cover all the topics like asanas, pranayama, yoga philosophy, meditation, teaching methodology, anatomy, naturopathy, emotional blockage, seven chakras, shatkarma kriya yoga, bhakti yoga, etc.

We have 200Hrs Dual YTT certification in which we cover western and eastern philosophy, dhayan techniques, and massage techniques, to remain calm, control anger, and lead a spiritual path for preparing teaching aspirants. The yoga retreat is an effective service provided by YogaAdi. It is a 6 days journey in which you will be relaxed from mind and soul. Your body will be detoxed with five elements to boost your immune system. Your body will be fully relaxed by spas, full body massage, foot massage, sauna baths, and Shirodhara therapy, daily practice of yoga will heal and relax your mind. Your body will be detoxed with help of mantras, naturopathy, ayurvedic treatment, and with help of fivefold detox therapy.

Curriculum of yoga teachers training

Asanas-You are going to try several styles of Yoga. Besides Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga will be a big part of your course. You gonna learn different types of sun salutations and how to perform them correctly. When you are becoming a Yoga Teacher, you need to know what the perfect posture should look like. Within our alignment classes, you going to learn how to correct and vary your asanas

Pranayama-Pranayama means “extension of prana” or “breath control”. Breathing control is inseparable when you are learning to become a Yoga teacher. You will understand how breathing is channelized to attain a controlled state of mind. Learn to understand the mechanics behind Kumbakha Pranayama (breath retention), Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Channel Cleaning Breath), Ujjayi Pranayama (Conqueror breath), Kapalbhati Pranayama (Skull shining technique) and many others

Yoga Philosophy-Yoga Philosophy is one of the primary reasons why many students choose to come to India, “The Birthplace of Yoga”. Our yoga philosophy classes will cover many ancient texts of yoga (its origins, history, and concepts) and what are its main paths. In This Yoga Teacher Training, We will cover it with a unique touch of dedication and intention so that students are not only able to understand it but also start living it. Our classes will give you a solid background and knowledge that will come in handy for your teaching path. Meditation

Meditation-Several times we separate yoga from meditation and how this practice is really necessary to deepen our yoga practice. Learning to meditate could seem quite tricky at first but, during the course, our teachers will responsibly guide you. You are going to explore several different active and passive meditation techniques that allow one to be in the present moment. Meditation is one big part of your yoga journey and it will have a lot of attention during our Yoga Teacher Training

Teaching Methodology-You will have the necessary information, tips, and guidance in order to become a prepared and competent teacher. Lessons will involve demonstration, adjustments, and, a one-by-one approach to follow every student during their journey. You will learn not only how to structure and organize a class properly but also improve your own practice. There will be a major focus on hands-on-adjustments, individual care of each student, and dealing with injuries and safety

Anatomy-During our Yoga Teacher Training Course, you are going to learn about anatomical and physiological aspects of your body that we are going to work on during the yoga practice. This is a fundamental subject when it comes to physical practice and your future as a Yoga Teacher. It is useful in understanding the health benefits, avoiding injuries, and therapeutic benefits of asanas. Learning about the functions of the body and how to apply this knowledge will be our core focus. Following this practical and documented approach, you are going to realize all the benefits and actions of yoga for your physical and mental wellness.

Naturopathy-Naturopathy is an ancient branch of knowledge on how to heal the body with 5 elements of Nature i.e. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Yogis have always known how to revive their well-being and that’s what Yoga Adi aspires to share with their students as an exclusive feature of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. Students get to cleanse toxins from the body, attuning the immune system back to its true nature. Total intestinal cleansing, abdominal mud packs, face packs, eye packs, and enema are the part of Naturopathy regime at Yoga Adi School

Emotional Blockage-Set mind patterns can keep manifesting the same situations in our lives over and over, restricting us to a certain set of emotional reactions, such as; guilt, fear, sadness, anxiety, etc. The Emotional Body Detox takes you on a journey, where you purify your body and mind from unnecessary physical and emotional stress. Massage of various pressure points is performed on the students and a detailed explanation is given about the physiology of the whole session.

This technique helps in dilution and releasing physical tension allowing a free flow of blood circulation and resulting in an effective nervous system, and an easy and light body. An extraordinary blend of Breathing exercises, Mantra chanting, and forming spirituous Mudras comprise the Emotional Body Detox Session. It is an exclusive part of our Yoga Teacher Training Course which is only practiced at Yoga Adi School under the guidance of our most competent Therapist Dr. Hari Krishan Ji.
