Swami Yog Kulwant Ji

Swami Yog Kulwant Ji is one of the founders of YogaAdi Yog School. At a very young age, he left his home to seek inner bliss. He studied under many masters, who taught and encouraged him to meditate and complete his studies. Being a seeker, he was always interested in studying the subject of Philosophy, on which he has also done his PhD. After completing his education, he went deep into meditation and stayed in silence for many years. At present, he stays in silence for most of his time in Upper Himalayas and guides students and seekers in “Silent Retreats”.

He had envisioned of opening up of a yoga school that presents yoga in its true essence combined with the traditional detoxification science of Naturopathy. A large part of Hari Ji’s childhood was spent in serving and taking care of hundreds of sages and sadhus. Being a national level player in his youth, yoga was an essential part of his routine. However, he realized that in present times, the bodies of most people are full of emotional and other kinds of garbage, which hinders one’s growth. This led him to develop “Emotional Blockage” treatments as well as using Naturopathy detoxification.

Dr. Deepali is highly passionate about bringing the benefits of Ayurveda to the world and has contributed immensely to this cause through numerous activities in this field. Dr. Deepali has years of experience in Ayurveda and is a dedicated practitioner. In Yogaadi yoga school, she explains all the basics of Ayurveda in detail, which can help the students create a good foundation in the field of Ayurveda. Dr. Deepali will explain the benefits of Ayurveda in relation to other yoga practices.

Dr. Vineet Shandilya

Dr Vineet Shandilya is a senior consultant, well versed in Ayurved (Panchakarma), Yoga and Naturopathy.

Dr. Shandilya, resident of the foothills of Himalayas, the holy city of Ganges. He spent the initial 2 decades of his life in the spiritual atmosphere of Haridwar. He pursued Bachelor of Science from Haridwar itself further with interest developed at home in holistic sciences, he continued with his degree in Ayurveda (BAMS) and Masters in Panchakarma (MD). Along with this he did a 3.5yrs pg diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy. Being a second generation Ayurveda practitioner, he is well versed with skills and strengths to cure and manage ailments. He has vast knowledge and experience to customise detox therapy sessions, stress management and lifestyle disorders with the help of Panchakarma, Yoga and Naturopathy which are most efficient and exclusive according to one's prakruti and dosha through Nadi pariksha
