The curriculum of Yoga Teacher Training Course
Asanas are basically various body postures that are practiced to enhance the flexibility, strength, and balance of the body. We will teach various asanas to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Our curriculum includes various types of pranayams. Pranayam is one of the major techniques of breath control in yoga that constitute one of the main components of yoga. Pranayam helps to strengthen the connection between the mind and the soul that enhances mindfulness and promotes a relaxed state of mind.
We teach all the four types of Bandhas as a part of our yoga training course: Mula Bandha - Anal Lock. Uddiyana Bandha - Lifting of the Diaphragm. Jalandhara Bandha - Chin Lock. Bandha is believed to prevent the downward movement of energy.
Our syllabus includes the teaching of more than 350 mudras that facilitates the subtle energy flow within the body.
It is a habitual practice used to train the mind so that it can focus clearly. It helps in achieving mental calmness and enhance concentration level. We teach various types of meditation practices.
The anatomy classes of our yoga teacher training course are designed in a way to expose the internal functionality of our body, bones, inner systems, and breathing patterns. There are various theories and philosophies related to the practice of yoga. In our theoretical classes, we cover these to help the students get an understanding of the origin and reasons for yoga practice.
Our teaching methodology includes teaching the perfect posture and the basics of warm-up practices, yoga vocabulary, and core posture. The candidates will learn how to conduct yoga classes and how to teach various postures as per the health conditions.
Yoga asana alignment is all about the precision of various yoga poses that will maximise the benefits of that pose. To get an understanding which asana will work best for an individual or for yourself, we teach this.
